There is a very nice wall(s) on the back of the island at Sunshine Cove. If you have a boat, skiff or kayak anchor at the end of the island that is outside the cove then swim straight out and you will find the section of the wall that trails away from the island. Like a droopy tail, this wall attaches to the end of the island and the top of the wall gets deeper as it extends away from the island. The most interesting part of the wall is where it attaches to the island. At around 110-130 feet there are large cloud sponges. If you don’t have a boat you can swim or scooter over to the point on the island that is inside of the cove. Only do this if you have at least 1 ½ hours worth of gas with you. This dive is best left to experienced divers using doubles or a rebreather. Swim around the pointy end of the island and go a little farther and you will find the beginning of the section of wall that is on the back of the island. The most interesting part of this wall is at the other end. Like the section of the wall that extends off the island this end has large cloud sponges at around 110-130 feet. There is a sandy slope between the two walls.
